What should I do if I need to add special instructions to my order?

A.

We can often pass on specific instructions to the depot before the collection date. However, if the collection date is today then the driver will already be en-route so we would be unable to pass on this information.

I will not be available at the time of collection. What can I do?

I would like the driver to call me.

The driver may call the contact number to assist with the collection. Unfortunately, not all drivers carry phones for health and safety reasons - as such a call is not guaranteed. 

I would like to give the driver instructions to help find my address.

If you need to pass extra information to the driver to assist the collection such as security codes or directions then we can pass this on for you. Please follow the live chat button below to pass on this information.

I would like to request a specific collection time frame.

Unfortunately, we do not have access to the driver or their collection logs and therefore cannot offer a more specific time for collections other than the generic time frame for the service.
